St Mary's church at Slaugham (5 of 6)

This is part of the front cover of “A few simple notes on Slaugham church and churchyard for the wayfarer who visits this place”.
The whole pamphlet can be viewed by selecting Open Document. It may be quite small, but what do you expect for 4p? Clearly produced some time after D-day on 15th February, 1971, the pamphlet is undated but I have estimated the year at 1975.
The Large Version shows a transcription of two funny stories referring to the choir boys of Slaugham church as recalled by Mrs Ethel Margaret “Meg” Carter (née Kensett) (1893-1951) who lived at the village shop in Slaugham. (See picture #204)
