Handcross scout troop

This ill-framed photograph shows the Handcross scouts in 1928,
In the back row on the extreme left is my uncle, James P Brown, and in fourth place, wearing a jacket, is my uncle, Ken Doggett.
I wonder if there is anyone out there who recognises anyone else. It is not the clearest of images.
The Large Version shows a close up.
