Woodhurst Hospital ward No. 3

Ward 3 of Woodhurst Hospital looks very airy and pleasant with a bay window and ornate plaster decorations on the walls. I can imagine many of the patients were loathed to return home after they were discharged!
In 1972 Woodhurst was taken over as the annex of St Lawrence’s Hospital, Caterham.
